Pilates Reformer Classes

At Glofit, our Reformer Pilates classes are designed to challenge and strengthen your body, promoting a healthier body and a happier mind.​ Reformer Pilates incorporates a variety of controlled, gentle movements to help stabilise muscles while challenging your body in new ways.​

Low-impact and highly effective, Reformer Pilates is ideal for injury rehabilitation and can be tailored to your needs as you regain strength. It's also pregnancy-safe, and your instructor can provide some modifications to ensure comfort and safety.

  • Reformer Beginner to Intermediate

  • Reformer Strength

    An intermediate-level class designed to deliver a full body burn, incorporating props to elevate the intensity of each movement.

    Focused on precision, this class will challenge your strength and endurance and coordination. The perfect class for those looking to elevate their Pilates practice.

  • Reformer Unwind & Stretch

    A restorative class focused on deep stretching and relaxation using the Reformer.

    Designed to help lengthen muscles, improve flexibility, and calm the mind. Perfect for unwinding after a tough week or balancing out more intense workouts.

  • Reformer Express

    A high-energy, 30-minute circuit on the Reformer, designed to get your heart pumping and muscles working.

    Fast-paced and efficient, this class will leave you sweaty, feeling energised, and accomplished. Perfect for those short on time that need a quick yet effective workout.​

  • Reformer Jump

    A dynamic 45-minute HIIT class that combines high-intensity jumping, core work, and full-body toning on the Reformer.

  • Matify is Mat Pilates with a twist-think of it as Pilates, but with a little extra spice

    Matify

    Matify is Mat Pilates with a twist-think of it as Pilates, but with a little extra spice! In our sessions, we incorporate dumbbells, sliders, the Pilates circle and the ball to help you get your GLO on.

    You'll focus on your mind, breath, and body, toning muscles, building strength, and increasing flexibility. Don't let the name fool you, Matify means serious work! Expect to discover muscles you never knew existed and feel the burn!

    Matify is suitable for all fitness levels. However, it's not recommended for those in pregnancy past 16 weeks.

  • HIIT and Mat Pilates classes in Bunbury and Australind

    Total Tone

    A fast-paced 30-minute class using weights, ankle weights, and Bala Bars. This high-intensity mix of HIIT and Mat Pilates will get your muscles burning and leave you sweating.

    Barre Tone

Our strength classes are endurance based workouts that focus of form, condition, mobility and strength. We cater to all fitness levels, offering regressions/progrerssions where necessary. Show up, lift, laugh, run and see the results!
